The Gathering is being held at the beautiful Mission Inn, Howie-in-the-Hills, FL. The resort has numerous restaurants, golf and a spa. The Mission Inn is located just a short distance from the towns of Mt. Dora and Tavares which have many restaurants, shops and craft stores. The Concours site is on the Resort grounds.

Hotel Reservations/General Info:  Special FOG rate for standard rooms is $165 plus tax and resort fee. A weekday rate of $150 is in effect three days prior and three days after our event for those that wish to extend their stay. Rates are guaranteed if called by Wednesday, January 16, 2018. Amenities included are internet, coffee maker, plus more. The resort has a no pet policy. Reservations are to be made direct by each attendee by calling 800-874-9053 and mentioning “Porsche 356 Florida Owners Group”. Do not book a room through other means as it will not count toward our room allocation guarantee. Rates are guaranteed until Wednesday, January 16, 2018. After that date, or if our room allocation is exceeded, reservations will be on a rate and space available basis. Book early. A deposit is required at the time of reservation. All deposits are refundable with a 72 hour notice of cancellation.


Event Shirt: An event Polo Shirt with special GOF logo is available for $25. This moisture-wicking shirt has different designs and sizing for men and women. Order through Registration Form.


Event Registration:  $90 per person for the complete weekend. See schedule under the blue button for GOF Schedule.  If you can only join us for Saturday, you can experience the daytime events (concours, self-directed driving tour, resort grounds) for $15. Event Registration is through the website (see link below) under the blue button titled Register For Event.  Last day to Register with shirt order is January 16 or without shirt order February 9.


You may pay at the door for Saturday only registration, but only to vote in the Concours, do self-directed driving tour, and enjoy the resort grounds. Entering your car in the Concours requires advance registration so we can group cars properly and have placards prepared.


Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Received by Friday, February 9 100% refund less $15 admin fee. No refund if received /February 10 or later. Cancellation notification must be received in writing (email or otherwise). Saturday only fee fully refundable through February 9. No refunds after.


Banquet: The Saturday night banquet will be a buffet.  If you have special dietary needs contact the Registrar.


Sponsorship: We are seeking sponsors for this event. Sponsorship levels are:


Grand     $1,000

Gold          $  500

Silver         $ 250
