The Gathering is being held at the historic Terrace Hotel in Lakeland, FL. The Terrace Hotel is located in downtown Lakeland which has many restaurants, shops and craft stores. The Concours site will be located, just a few blocks away from the hotel at the Amphitheater on Lake Mirror.

Hotel Reservations/General Info:  Special FOG rates for Deluxe Rooms (single/double occupancy) are $149 plus taxes and resort fees, and One Bedroom Suites (single/double occupancy) are $199 plus taxes and resort fee. These rates are offered three days prior and three days after our event for those that wish to extend their stay.  Reservations are to be made direct by each attendee by calling 863-688-0800 and mentioning “Porsche 356 Florida Owners Group”. Please do not book a room through other means as it will not count toward our room allocation guarantee. 

 

Rates are guaranteed if called by Tuesday, January 22, 2019. After that date, or if our room allocation is exceeded, reservations will be on a rate and space available basis. Book early. Your credit card information will be required when you reserve your room. There is no deposit required and you may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your reservation date. The Terrance Hotel is pet friendly with no additional charge. Please inform the hotel if you plan to bring a pet as there are a few requirements.

 

Event Shirt: An event Polo Shirt with unique 2019 GOF logo is available for $26. Order through the Registration Form. The shirt has sizing for men and women and is 100% polyester pique style with moisture-wicking performance properties.

 

Event Registration:  $90 per person for the complete weekend. See schedule under the blue button for GOF Schedule.  If you can only join us for Saturday, you can enter your car in the Concours and participate in the Saturday events for $30 (does not include Saturday evening banquet). Event Registration is through the website (see link below) under the blue button titled Register For Event.  

 

You may pay $15 on site for Saturday only registration which allows one to vote in the Concours. Entering your car in the Concours requires advance registration so we can group cars properly and have placards prepared.

 

Last day to register with shirt order is January 22 or without shirt order February 14.

 

Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Received by February 17, 100% refund less $15 administration fee. No refunds if received February 18 or later. Cancellation notification must be received in writing (email or otherwise).

 

This event is insured through the 356 Registry and they require that all registrants must be a 356 registry member or their guest. If you are not a current 356 Registry member, please contact Alan Winer, alanwiner@356FOG.com

Sponsorship: We are seeking sponsors for this event. Sponsorship levels are:

 

Grand     $1,000

Gold          $  500

Silver         $  250

 

All sponsors will be recognized in material given to registrants when they arrive and on signage at receptions Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
