If you want to update the internals of your old radio then you might want to consider Antique Auto Radio. I have had success with their work. http://www.radiosforoldcars.com/ They replaced the internal components of my original Blaupunkt Frankfort and there is no change to the outer appearance. The radio now has high output per channel, inputs for an ipod, and great sensitivity. Their work is in demand and it takes about 6-8 months to have the work completed. They are located in Palm Harbor Florida.
