Hotel Reservations/General Info: Special FOG rates for Deluxe Rooms (single/double occupancy) are $130 per night plus taxes. Patio Water View Rooms, available upon request are $150 per night plus taxes. These rates are offered, subject to availability, three days prior and three days after our event for those that wish to extend their stay. The resort fee has been waived.
There is a limited number of pet friendly rooms in the Azalea Wing. A $25 per night, per pet will be charged with a maximum of 2 pets. Max weight per pet is 50 lbs. No cats or Pit bull breeds. Please do not dress up your cat as a dog.
Reservations are to be made directly by each attendee by calling 1-800-632-6262 and mentioning “Porsche 356 Florida Owners Group”. Please do not book a room through other means as it will not count toward our room allocation guarantee.
Rates are guaranteed if called by Tuesday, January 7, 2020. After that date, or if our room allocation is exceeded, reservations will be on a rate and space available basis. Book early. Your credit card information will be required when you reserve your room. You may cancel, with the reservation office, up to 3 days prior to your reservation date. If reservations are cancelled within 3 days of arrival date, a one night stay plus taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
Event Vest: A GOF event micro fleece vest with the FOG logo is available. Order through the Registration Form.
Event Registration: $95 per person for the complete weekend, Thursday through Sunday. If you can only join us for Saturday, you can enter your car in the Concours and participate with your affiliate or guest in the Saturday events for $30. This includes one car entry in Concours, 2 ballots and promotion bags. It does not include the Saturday evening banquet. Event Registration is through the website (see link below) under the blue button titled Register For Event. Entering your car in the Concours requires advance registration so we can group cars properly and have placards prepared.
If you are not entering a car, you may pay $15 (includes you and your affiliate or guest) on site for Saturday only registration. This includes Concours ballots and promotion bags. If you are not entering a car and do not wish to vote, feel free to join us at the Concours.

Last day to register with vest order is January 7 or without vest order January 30.
Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Received by January 30, 100% refund less $15 administration fee. No refunds if received by January 31 or later. Cancellation notification must be received in writing (email or otherwise).
This event is insured through the 356 Registry and they require that all registrants must be a 356 Registry member or their guest. If you are not a current 356 Registry member, please contact Alan Winer, alanwiner@356FOG.com
